Explanation of Services is a service for companies and organizations wishing to lower their monthly credit card processing rates and fees. will negotiate with your merchant services provider for reduced rates on your credit card processing services. We will only make changes to your credit card processing fees, rates and monthly service fees with your permission. will review your merchant statement and any other provided documents without any guarantee that accurate savings will be achieved during negotiations.

Use of Your Information

We take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information is confidential and will only be used within the scope of negotiating reduced fees and rates, and for internal purposes. You agree to provide us accurate and current information, including but not limited to: account holder name, account holder address, account holder phone number, account holder email address, and any other verification information required by service providers to identify your account. must receive copies of your current monthly merchant statements in order to negotiate discounts on your behalf. Statements must include information needed to negotiate on your behalf, such as account number, outline of services/features, etc. You may upload your statements to through our website or email or text your statements to us.

By using, You must be an authorized representative of the business and consent to have us to speak on your behalf to service providers when necessary for the sole purpose of negotiating savings on your behalf.

The person who signs up and submits a bill with is the person responsible for any and all negotiation and service charges owed to, regardless of the account holder on the billing statement.

If is successful in reducing your merchant processing fees and rates after a negotiation with your service provider(s), will charge your credit card on file for services rendered according to the agreed negotiation fee. If your payment is rejected for non-sufficient funds, card expiration, fraud, or any reason, you will be responsible for paying any applicable fees and reasonable collection costs. may accept late or partial payments at its discretion on a case-to-case basis.

Your Savings

Your savings should appear on your provider statements after completes a successful negotiation.

If the savings do not appear as outlined, you must notify within 1 month of receiving your confirmation of a successful negotiation. We will contact the service provider(s) and attempt to correct any mistakes. If warranted, will provide any refunds as needed.

How We Calculate Your Savings

We calculate your savings based on your current rate at the time of negotiation. When we negotiate, we confirm the current price you are paying for your service with your provider. The price of your bill may have changed since the statement you sent us before negotiating.

We base our savings calculations on the current volumes, fees, and rates you are paying at the time of negotiation.

Renegotiations: When we renegotiate, we also calculate your savings based on your new, current rates and volumes.

You must provide a valid email, telephone, and mailing address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. For to successfully negotiate with your current provider, we may need to request personal information such as the owners Date of Birth, Employment Identification Numbers, Social Security Numbers, or additional Security information.
